Accelerating Pho Isle planning

​Many Hiep Hoa people (Pho isle) did not hide glad to know planning a center where trade was canceled, instead going into ecological residential zoning, cultural and historical. Thus, all cultural values, history of Bien Hoa - Dong Nai will continue to be preserved and embellished.

* What do people expect? 

Many people in Hiep Hoa commune expressed sympathy with the redevelopment of Pho isle. Since there are so developed advanced new material life and spiritual people, but they all wanted after planning has continued to live in Hiep Hoa.

"My family has lived 5 lives on this land. Experiencing two wars against the French, American my family still cling here. Because development needs of the city, I support the planning, but have retained the cultural and historical value, and the people had been bloodshed, tears on this land will continue to live here "- Nguyen Thanh Son, Tam Hoa hamlet, Hiep Hoa commune expressed.

Concerning the issue of resettlement layouts when the State recovers land for implementation of projects in Pho Isle, Mr. Doan Van Dong, head of Bien Hoa Urban Management, said: "Currently Bien Hoa city is cooperating with Tin Nghia Corporation detailed planning isles Pho again under new planning. Also at the meeting with the departments, Bien Hoa City in the afternoon of March 4, Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai has assigned to Bien Hoa City People's Committee in collaboration with Tin Nghia Corporation accelerate planning 1/2000 detailed Hiep Hoa commune and continue to call for investment to develop it into residential areas, historical and cultural as "green lungs" of the city.

Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh also said: "At this point, the An Hao bridge is built and complete would easily attract investors to develop the Pho isle area into zones ecology, cultural history ".
