China is the 2nd largest export market

​China has imported many wood products from Dong Nai Province

Currently, China is the second largest export market of Dong Nai Province (after the United States). In the first 08 months of 2021, the enterprises in the province have exported to the market over nearly US$1.6 billion, increased by 13.5% over the same period last year. Some of Dong Nai Province's major export goods to China are: textile fibres, footwear, machinery, equipment, tools and its spare parts, means of transport and its spare parts, computers, electronic products and components. More than 80% of export turnover to the Chinese market belong to FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) enterprises in Dong Nai Province.

However, China has currently been Dong Nai Province's largest import market. In the first 08 months of 2021, the enterprises in the province have spent nearly US$3.4 billion to import the raw materials and accessories for industrial production. The group of goods that Dong Nai Province has imported a lot from China are fabrics, chemicals, iron and steel, plastics, common metals, etc. Although exports to China have increased, this has still been the province's large trade deficit market for many years.
