Xuan Thien Commune: more than 270 households were funded to reduce their poverty

From poverty-reduction funds, many of the families in Xuan Thien invested in breeding

As known, the BXDGN of Xuan Thien Commune has given, from 2006 to now, 735 turns of poor households and difficult families whose children are students at universities, colleges or professional secondary schools loans totaling near VND 8 billion for them to invest in breeding cows, improving their orchards, and opening small shops to earn a living. Also, 20 savings teams  of the locality have put their savings worth more than VND 122 million to the Bank for Social Policies. According to the survey of the BXDGN, this work has greatly helped the poor in Xuan Thien to get out of poverty and up till now, the Commune has 104 poor households left, reducing as many as 194 households compared to 298 households in 2010.
