It is heard that the main reason for those strikes was to appeal for raised basic salary, award money, toxic pension, and allowance for transport and rent, which may compensate for negative effects caused by inflation on workers’ life. In addition, impolite attitude of foreign bosses toward to employees and workers themselves aroused by rebels accounted for the strikes. For instance, the case in which 46 Chinese workers in Sanlim co. Ltd (Bau Xeo industrial park) damaged the company’s office, hit the guardians and company leaders. However, Police and authority have cope with the case and found out no clue of political plot yet.
