A Holiday and Flag Hanging Announcement on the 63rd Anniversary Celebration of National Day (September 2)

According to the provincial people’s committee’s announcement on holiday and flag hanging on 63rd anniversary celebration of National Day (Sept. 2, 1945-Sept. 2, 2008), all cadres and workers and, armed forces, laborers in the State, government offices and the enterprises of all kinds have a day-off on September 2 (on Tuesday).

All bodies, units, industrial agro forestry farms, military barracks, hospitals, schools and households are accordingly required to hang national flags. Particularly headquarters of all Sate agencies, Armed Force units, and social political organizations have to hang both Communist Party and National flags.
