Enterprises Employ 38,000 Laborers in the First 8 Months

So far there have been 33 provincial industrial parks in which 27 ones are licensed by government to operate. As planned, these parks will approximately attract 50,000 workers each year including 49% of manual labor, 46% of technical workers and 5% of laborers with tertiary education.
