Three Houses of Compassion Handed over in Long Thanh

As part of activities set to celebrate the 80th year anniversary of Vietnam Trade Union, the organization of Bien Hoa Industrial Parks in collaboration with Long Thanh district Labor Federation, the communal People’s Committee of Tam Phuoc, Loc An and Bau Can handed three houses of compassion over to three families with difficulties in housing.

Handing the house over to Mrs. Ho Kim Ba

    Those included Mrs. Ho Kim Ba, Long Khanh 2 hamlet, Tam Phuoc commune offered with a house worth VND10 million, funded by cadres and Trade Union members form Sonadezi Long Thanh Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa industrial park); Mr. Pham Van Thanh, no.7 block, Binh Lam ward, Loc An commune with a VND20 million house; and Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan, no.4 helmet, Bau Can commune with an another worth VND19 million, each of which was sponsored with VND10 million by cadres and Trade Union members from Sacom Joint Stock Company, VND4 million by Long Thanh Educational Department, the rest cost by the family.

    At the hand-over ceremony, Mr. Do Van Trac, general director of Sacom, also gave two gifts worth VND2 million to Mr. Nguyen Duc Quan and Pham Van Thanh families. Moreover, he promised a financial donation to build up five more houses during the year 2010.
