Dong Nai Food Industry Company D&F already made the roasted cinnamon pork of Vietnam Guinness weighed 310 kilos, 3 centimeters thick with diameter of 1.2 meters. It is made of 250 kilos of pork, 50 kilos of fat and 30 kilos of spices, which are processed by a team of cooks within six hours.
As known, it is for the first time Vietnam records book center held the eating and drinking record meeting. The program is planned to take place twice a year to make Vietnam’s excellent eating and drinking record exposed to people and visitors.
