| Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, is awarding the merit certificates for collective representatives and individuals |
After 10 years running the program of general state administration reform, there have been many significant achievements reported in the province. The state administration reform has been defined as the central mission to provide favorite conditions for daily life activities and investments, productions and enterprises as well. Units and localities checked 1,407 administrative procedures and more than 1,000 written forms and statements sheets,... Till now, all of administrative offices throughout the province are following the regime of ‘one gate’, including 20 units of department’s level, 11 units of district level and 171 units of communal level. The execution of the ‘one gate’ regime is always reinforced in order to develop the cooperation among relevant units to deal with administrative procedures for people and enterprises; the reform of state administration mechanism at every level is focusing on the less time consumption; in the period from 2001 to 2010, there have been 28,528 training and intensive education classes held for public officers and staffs.
Giving speech at the conference, Vice chairman Tran Minh Phuc accepted and appreciate the achievements gained from the program of general state administration reform in the province in the period from 2001 to 2010 and stated that, in spite of the far much reformed procedures, people is still making many complaints on the confusion caused by land and construction procedures,...; the execution of ‘one gate’ and intersectional gate regimes in several areas remains different; the ability of public officers in some sectors is limited, which results to the limited quality of public service provided to residents. To gain good results from state administration reform, vice chairman requested to unceasingly establish and complete legal literatures in the legislative system, to inspect the function of state offices and observe the principle of multi-sectorial management; continue to reform procedures at all fields, as well as train and increase the professional awareness for public officers, and make the most use of information technology into the state administration reform,...

On this occasion, 20 collectives and 22 individuals received the awards and merit certificates from provincial People’s Committee for their excellent achievements in state administration reform in the period from 2001 to 2010; other 5 collectives and 11 individuals were conferred the merit certificates from provincial People’s Committee for their excellent achievements in state administration reform in 2010.
