18 substandard helmet manufacturers and traders uncovered

   In particular, most violations have concentrated on the local helmet factories, of which, there are 12 illegal ones. The inspectors had confiscated 93 helmets with unverified quality and imitations of famous brands.

    Therefore, since the first inspection, 29 shoddy helmet traders have been discovered. The substandard helmets have been confiscated and sent to the Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 in HCM city for the retesting process.
