Specifically, the Culture – Ceremony – Sports – Camping region includes 2 outdoor stages, youth leisure centre, mountain-climbing and sports complex, camping sub-region, zoos, orchid garden, and food and drink sub-region. The Vietnamese Cultural-Village Region is intended to introduce tourists the traditional cultural lifestyle of the Eastern South’s People. To satisfy tourists’ curiosity and give them a thrill of excitement, the Modern Technological Leisure sub-region is expected to be built with the area of between 10 and 15 hectares. It is also necessary to build a Conference – Seminar – Investment sub-region because Dong Nai is located in the key economic zone of the South with more than 20 industrial parks, thousands of companies and factories and a large number of major economic groups establishing business relations. This sub-region is expected to cover an area of 5 and 7 hectares, including: Conference centre, Asian – European hotel, information service centre and other supporting services.
