The Department of Industry and Trade has just announced the content and procedures for selecting reputable export enterprises in the past year. Accordingly, the selected subjects are enterprises established under Vietnamese law and located in Dong Nai Province, wishing to participate in the program of selecting reputable export enterprises in 2021 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; only selecting the enterprises, not their branches.
The prestigious export business program organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade every year is one of the trade promotion activities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to create favorable conditions for foreign partners to learn and promote trade with Vietnamese enterprises. The objective of this activity is to recognize the positive contributions of enterprises in Vietnam's export growth, and at the same time, to introduce and promote Vietnam's reputable export enterprises to foreign partners.
The selection criteria are as follows: being a direct and profitable exporter in 2021; not violate Vietnamese law, not be sued by domestic and foreign partners about the performance of contractual obligations; strictly implement the export contract; fulfill tax obligations to the State; have export turnover in 2021 (from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) for each group of goods and items reaching the minimum level as prescribed. Enterprises registered to consider the section have to send their dossiers to the Department of Industry and Trade by June 24, 2022.
