According to the Provincial Public Administration Center, during the period of social distancing, those people who would like to settle administrative procedures related to land use right could apply through the public postal service.
The Provincial Public Administration Center has very few people coming to submit the paperworks in person to minimize the spread of Covid-19 epidemic.
Specifically, to ensure the receipt and settlement of administrative procedures related to the land use right for people during the implementation of social distancing according to Directive No. 15/CT-UBND dated July 8, 2021 by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the One-stop shop of at all administrative levels will receive administrative dossiers and return to the applicants via public postal services as prescribed in Decision No. 45/2016/QD-TTg dated October 19, 2016 of the Prime Minister.
To carry out the above administrative procedures, the people could contact the Public Service Directory Enquiries at the number 0251.1022 to register for the service of receiving documents at home or sent the results of administrative procedures to the required address. In addition, in order to facilitate the process of receiving dossiers, people have to prepare necessary documents according to regulations’ list (publicly listed at the National Public Service Portal dichvucong.gov.vn or instructions by the center staff). When submitting the application, the applicant should check, compared against the documents provided to the public postal service staff, and signed in the receipt as regulated.
