Promote the construction of e-government and digital government

According to the leader of the Provincial People's Committee, in 2022, Dong Nai will continue to carry out tasks to promote the construction of e-government and digital government. In which, speeding up the implementation of the Provincial Administrative Reforms Plan and the Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030 of the province according to the approved Decision No. 5003/QD-UBND.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Cao Tien Dung visited and encouraged cadres, civil servants, officials and employees of the Provincial Public Administration Center on the first day back to work after the Lunar New Year.

 

Accordingly, this Program sets many specific goals such as: ensuring the smooth operation of the information technology infrastructure, connecting and sharing data with at least 50% of national databases managed by agencies, units and localities; 100% of eligible administrative procedures are provided in the form of level 3 and 4 public services; 100% of online public services with financial obligations are deployed online; the rate of online payment transactions for administrative procedures records is at least 20% at the departmental level.

At the same time, strive for 100% of work records at the provincial level, 90% of work records at the district level and 80% of work records at the commune level to be processed in the network environment (except for work records within the scope of State secrets, specific records). Digitizing the results of administrative dispute settlement in 2022 will reach at least 30% at the provincial level; put into operation the results of digitization to serve reform of administrative procedures. 50% of inspection activities of state management agencies are carried out through the digital environment and the management agency's information system.

To achieve the above goals, Dong Nai identifies key tasks in the 2021-2025 period, such as: ensuring the basic infrastructure for the development of the province's e-government; building and developing internal database; perfect information technology systems to serve internal management and solve administrative problems for people. Along with that, continue to maintain the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001: 2015 at agencies, units and localities in the province according to Decision No. 119/2014/QD-TTg to ensure quality and efficient. Continue to consolidate and upgrade the public administrative reforms information page, the electronic information page of units and localities to update, provide and publicize information on administrative reform and administrative procedure settlement for the people and enterprise.
