Planning of 84 Residential Areas in Long Thanh District

Long Thanh District plans to build many Residential Areas

According to the Provincial People's Committee, in the land use plan for the period 2021-2030, Long Thanh District will have 84 residential, urban and resettlement projects. Thus, by 2030, Long Thanh District will have nearly 4,000 hectares of residential land in both rural and urban areas, increasing nearly 2,360 hectares compared to the previous period. In which, urban land is 360 hectares, land in rural areas is nearly 3.6 thousand hectares. Long Thanh District is the place where most residential land is planned compared to other localities in the province. It is expected that the district will become a City Grade III by 2030, aiming to become an official city.

In the coming years, Long Thanh District will deploy many projects of Industrial Zones, Industrial Clusters, and traffic infrastructure, thus attracting many people come to live and work.
