Over 2,000 Enterprises in Dong Nai Report Lunar New Year Salaries and Bonuses

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - The Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs has reported that, through the compilation of reports on Lunar New Year salaries and bonuses for the Year of the Snake 2025 in the province, over 2,000 enterprises employing more than 1.2 million workers have submitted their reports on salaries and bonuses. Among these, nearly 1,300 enterprises reported salary figures, while 785 reported bonuses. 

Lunar New Year Bonuses Motivate Workers 

Specifically, for 100% state-owned one - member limited liability companies, the expected bonus is 8 million VND or more per person; private enterprises have an average bonus of 7 million VND per person, with the highest reported bonus at 168 million VND per person and the lowest at 4.9 million VND. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) enterprises reported an average bonus of nearly 11 million VND per person, with the highest bonus reaching 823 million VND for the position of general director at an FDI enterprise located in Long Thanh Industrial Park (Long Thanh District).​

According to the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, statistics show that most companies have bonuses ranging from 1 to 1.5 months of salary, which has not decreased compared to the previous year. Many enterprises have already announced their Lunar New Year bonuses and holiday schedules to their employees, creating motivation for them to focus on production and remain committed to their work. The department continues to update the situation regarding salaries and bonuses for the Lunar New Year and monitors the disbursement of benefits and policies to workers.
