Improving Benefits for Workers to Ensure a Better Working Environment

(News Portal – Dong Nai) - The grassroots trade union of Chang Shin Vietnam Company Ltd. (Thanh Phu Commune, Vinh Cuu District) has just summarized the union's activities for 2024 to evaluate the results achieved as well as to identify the difficulties and advantages to enhance and improve in 2025.

The provincial Labor Union awarded prizes to outstanding officers of 2025.  

Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. currently employs over 38,000 workers, of which women account for 82% and men for 22%. The average income in 2024 was over 11 million VND per month per worker. During the year, despite facing many difficulties regarding orders, the company's management has made efforts to ensure work for all employees. Throughout the year, the union awarded 6 Union Houses with a total of 50 million VND each; recognized nearly 8,000 children of workers for outstanding achievements, with a total funding of over 2.3 billion VND, and provided scholarships for 220 children of workers…

The company's union presents gifts to workers in boarding houses.

The company announced the Lunar New Year bonus for the Year of the Snake in 2025. Accordingly, workers who have completed one year of service will receive a Lunar New Year bonus equivalent to 100% of their salary, equivalent to one month’s salary. For each additional year worked, employees will receive an additional 5%, with a maximum bonus of 200%, equivalent to two months’ salary. At the summary meeting, the company awarded prizes to 178 individuals and 15 collectives for their excellent performance in union duties in 2024. Additionally, the upper-level union awarded prizes to 9 union officers for their outstanding achievements in 2024.
