Groundbreaking ceremony for the first project at Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park

With a total investment capital of over 282 million USD, nearly one year after its launch and attracting investors, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park has garnered the interest of many investors. To date, the park has attracted five investors with five projects under construction. These investors are engaged in advanced, modern production technologies that require minimal labor.

With advantages such as being adjacent to the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thành–Dau Giay Expressway and only about 10 km from Long Thanh International Airport, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park currently possesses abundant land reserves and professional, methodical investments. This makes it a prominent destination for attracting investment capital into Dong Nai Province. Through extensive efforts in building and completing high-standard infrastructure and utility services, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park has drawn attention from major corporations and enterprises looking to explore investment incentives and develop long-term production and business strategies.

Currently, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park has several advanced technology projects with significant investment capital licensed in the Park, such as: the Kingfa Science & Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. project, a Chinese investor, with an investment capital of 80 million USD; the Wave Crest Vietnam Co., Ltd. project with an investment capital of 10 million USD from Japan, among others. These projects are under construction. These projects feature advanced production technologies that require minimal labor, meeting Dong Nai's investment attraction criteria.

With the goal of sustainable development, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park aims to attract green, environmentally friendly production sectors as its top development priority. Leveraging its position as the first high-tech industrial park in Dong Nai, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park will prioritize attracting projects that apply advanced technologies, use modern machinery, and focus on high value-added industries.

Mr. Thai Hoang Nam, General Director of Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company, stated that, during investment promotion conferences in Japan and South Korea, Dong Nai introduced its open, attractive investment environment, investment attraction policies, and the province's exceptional development potential to investors. Through these meetings, Long Thanh High-Tech Industrial Park will provide investors from these two countries with a comprehensive overview of the investment environment in Vietnam in general and Dong Nai in particular. Additionally, they will share information about Amata's ongoing and future projects in Southeast Asia, especially in Viet Nam.

According to Mr. Thái Hoàng Nam, Amata is actively negotiating with dozens of other potential investors and hopes to welcome many new projects soon. The company also supports enterprises in completing the procedures for obtaining investment registration certificates promptly, in accordance with regulations, to implement projects in the near future.
