According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, based on a number of major roads that will be invested and built in the near future, Vinh Cuu District has built a project to exploit 3 "golden" land areas with an area of about 145 hectares nearby the roads to be built. It is estimated that advantageous land plots will be auctioned and collected more than VND6,400 billion. However, in order to create "golden" land and conduct the auctions, the province and the district have to spend nearly VND4.9 thousand billion to build roads and compensate for site clearance.
In which, the cost of compensation for site clearance is more than VND3,200 billion, the cost to build the roads is nearly VND1,700 billion. Thus, the source of money that Vinh Cuu District and Dong Nai Province will collect after auctioning the above "golden" lands is more than VND1,500 billion. The proceeds from the land auction will be invested by the province and district in the construction of other transport infrastructure works in the province for socio-economic development. Vinh Cuu District plans to implement a project to exploit the advantaged land fund in the period of 2022-2025. The "golden" land areas are located in the vicinity of the project of Quang Trung Street, Le Dai Hanh Street connecting to the Provincial Road No.DT 768 and the Provincial Road No. DT 762.
