According to the report of the People's Committee of Xuan Loc District, following the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on updating the land areas in the vicinity of traffic projects for auction to create capital for road construction, the district reviewed and confirmed that the total area of land that can be exploited is 679ha.
This area is located along the roads that are about to be invested, the project of expanding and upgrading roads. Currently, the locality has updated the advantageous land areas into the general construction planning of communes of Suoi Cao, Xuan Hiep, Xuan Tam, Xuan Hung, but has not updated the land use plan of Xuan Loc District until 2030.
In order to have a basis for implementation, the District People's Committee proposed the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the policy of updating the area of these advantageous land plots into the provincial planning so that the auction can be carried out.
