According to the Department of Planning and Investment, it is estimated that in the first 6 months of 2022, the construction production value in the area (compared to 2010 index) reached over VND16.6 trillion, up 3.5% over the same period last year.
In which, state-owned enterprises was nearly VND70 billion, up 3.01%; non-state enterprises was more than VND11.2 trillion, up 2.4%; foreign-invested enterprises was more than VND1.3 trillion, up 2.2%; individuals and households invested nearly VND4 trillion, increased over 7%. The reason for the increase is currently the investment, renovation, repair, upgrade and new construction of production factories, houses for business, hospitals, medical stations, schools, multi-purpose buildings, conference centers, office, etc. are increasing day by day. In addition, because the Covid-19 epidemic has been controlled, it does not affect production and business activities, thus making the construction production value have a good growth compared to the same period in 2021.
