FLC Group proposes to invest and expand the tourism project of Da Ton Lake

Recently, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, Mr Cao Tien Dung and leaders of departments, agencies and localities had a meeting with FLC Group related to the report on legal progress and investment proposals, expanding the boundaries of the New Rural Residential Project, Tourism, Eco-Resorts, Sports and Recreation of Da Ton Lake (Tan Phu District).

Mr. Dang Tat Thang, Vice Chairman of FLC Group, General Director of Bambo Airways said that Dong Nai has the potential to develop tourism with a location near Ho Chi Minh City. Through the survey, Dong Nai is a locality with many economic components, biased towards industrial production. However, up to now, Dong Nai has not had a worthy project in tourism and resort. In 2019, FLC Group has proposed to study the planning and investment of new rural residential projects, tourism, eco-resorts, sports and recreation of Da Ton Lake. At the meeting, FLC Group proposed the Provincial People's Committee to allow the expansion of 173 hectares of land in Phu Xuan commune and put over 36 hectares of water surface area strengthened into the research boundaries, creating seamless lake landscape with projects.

Directing statement at the meeting, Mr Cao Tien Dung, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee proposed the local government of Tan Phu District, departments to coordinate with investors to make reasonable calculations, in accordance with the law, ensuring development of tourism. With the traffic advantages being invested and connected in the future, the resort invested by the Group will become a tourist destination that can connect with other tourist destinations in the area, especially forest exploration tourism. At the meeting, representatives of districts and cities of the province also invited FLC Group to survey more points with the potential for tourism development that have been planned in localities.
