Dong Nai province to move up one spot to rank third in provincial PAR index

​On May 02, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh presided over the meeting, announcing the Public Administrative Reform - PAR INDEX of the ministries, ministerial-level agencies, provinces and the satisfaction index on PAR in 2017.

According to the results of the PAR index in 2017 of ministries and ministerial-level agencies, the State Bank ranked first, followed by the Ministry of Information and Communications and Ministry of Finance with the second and third spot respectively. As for 63 provinces and cities, Quang Ninh ranked first, followed by Hanoi and Dong Nai respectively.
 
Deputy Director of Department of Home Affairs Ta Quang Truong said: "In 2017, Dong Nai province moved up one spot in terms of PAR index compared to 2016. In particular, Dong Nai reached 84.52 / 100 points and was highly appreciated on the criteria of administrative reform with 12.95 / 14.5 points (meeting 89.34% of the target) and the impact of administrative reform on people, organizations and socio-economic development reached 14, 5 / 15.5 points (93.55%) ".
 
In 2017, Dong Nai’s performance has increased significantly and achieved good results in all three sets of indicators, including provincial PAR INDEX; Governance and Public Administration (PAPI) and Provincial Competitiveness (PCI).
