On May 23, , Chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kocham) Choi Seung Yeon had a working session with the leader of Dong Nai.

Greeting the visiting delegation, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Tran Van Vinh proposed that the province have a co-ordination mechanism with Kocham to meet each other periodically every 3-6 months to solve the difficulties of Korean enterprises.
According to Choi Heung Yeon, for the past time, the provincial government has created favorable conditions for Korean businesses to improve their performance. However, many Korean companies are facing a shortage of human resources currently, so they are unable to operate at full capacity. In regard to this problem, the Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee asked Kocham to cooperate with the province to set up a training center for human resources provided to Korean enterprises. Kocham needs to provide information on labor demand and place orders with training centers.
