the session to review the 2024 land auction plan
According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, a draft plan for the 2025 land use rights auction has been prepared. The department has proposed a total of 37 land plots, with an estimated total value of approximately 18 trillion VND. Among these, 16 plots are ready and can be handed over to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for auctioning. Meanwhile, 21 plots require localities to complete procedures such as land recovery, compensation, support, resettlement, detailed 1/500 planning or simplified detailed planning, investment policy approval, and updates to housing development programs/plans to proceed with the land use rights auction.
At the session, Vice Chairman Vo Van Phi requested relevant units to report on the progress of procedures for land plots included in the 2023 and 2024 auction plans of the Provincial People's Committee, as well as advantageous land plots under the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.
The provincial leadership urged the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and provincial departments to enhance coordination with localities to finalize documentation and procedures, particularly in preparing 1/500 planning to ensure the conditions for auctioning the land plots. The Department of Natural Resources and Environment is tasked with completing the documentation for submission to the Provincial People's Committee for approval by the Provincial People's Council. Additionally, the department must proactively develop plans for organizing land use rights auctions for 2025 and subsequent years. Any difficulties during implementation should be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee for resolution.
