Continue to implement a number of key provincial and central projects

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - Mobilizing resources, focusing on investing in developing a synchronous and modern infrastructure system, with a focus on urban and rural transport infrastructure and connecting traffic in the locality for the period 2021-2025 is considered as 4 of the 4 breakthrough objectives of the province. 

Long Thanh international airport project 

After two and a half years of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress (term 2021-2025), the province has achieved positive results. Accordingly, the total capital mobilized for investment in developing the infrastructure system in this phase is about 222.783 billion VND (medium-term investment capital is about 60.643 billion VND and mobilized from other sources is about 162.140 billion VND).

The province's infrastructure system for the period 2021-2025 includes 10 fields: transportation infrastructure; infrastructure inside industrial parks and industrial clusters; urban infrastructure; irrigation infrastructure and climate change response; electricity power lines infrastructure; information and communication infrastructure; commercial infrastructure; education, training, science and technology infrastructure; medical infrastructure; cultural, sports and tourism infrastructure. In particular, it is considered that transport infrastructure and urban, rural and regional connecting traffic is the main focus.  

Regarding transport infrastructure, the total capital for the period 2021-2025 is about 176.364 billion VND, so far about 16,005 billion VND has been implemented. The province has completed and put into use a number of projects including: Huong Lo 10 road from Long Thanh district to Cam My district; Suoi Chon – Bau Coi road; roads around Cau Dau lake; Road DT.765 in Xuan Loc district...; supporting the completion and implementation of the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway project.

The goal by the end of the province's term is to continue implementing a number of key projects assigned by the province and the Central Government. Specifically: Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway project; Dau Giay-Tan Phu expressway; Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway; expanding Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay expressway; Beltway 3 section in Tan Van-Nhon Trach; Beltway 4 project; group 5 seaport system; Long Thanh international airport project; the arterial road of Bien Hoa city; Dong Nai riverside roads; Huong Lo 2 road; expanding route DT.769; provincial road 770B from provincial road 763 to national highway 51; route DT.772 from Trang Bom to Xuan Loc; upgrading and expanding route DT.773...  ​​
