According to the Plan, there will be 5 construction packages to be constructed immediately in this April, including: 4 roads D1, D18, N23, N39 and bidding package for constructing a drainage route from the wastewater treatment station along the rubber plot to Ong Que stream. The construction of four main roads in advance to be able to organize the construction of a series of subsequent packages in the region. These routes also shape the subdivisions of resettlement areas. As scheduled, the first 5 bidding packages started in April and will be completed in October this year.

Also according to the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, in May, it is expected to commence 16 other construction bidding packages, in which important bidding packages will have to focus on construction as quickly as: construction and installation of lighting systems; installation of electrical systems (medium voltage, low voltage) and transformer stations; construction of water supply system throughout the resettlement area; construction package and equipment of Wastewater treatment plant, phase 1 (capacity of 4000m3/day and night).

The investor also said that in the resettlement area, some areas are prioritized for early implementation to accommodate about 700 households at Long Thanh district's request to allocate construction land to individuals and organizations first. It is expected that by July, resettled households can come to build houses and structures.

Perspective of elementary school in Loc An - Binh Son Resettlement Area

Construction of social facilities such as schools, health stations, markets, cultural centers is planned to start after 4 months from the start of construction of technical infrastructure works. It is expected that these works will be started in August 2020. However, to meet the learning of children of people in the resettlement area, there will be 3 schools to be prioritized for early construction, including 1 preschool, 1 primary school, and 1 junior high school. According to the plan, Loc An - Binh Son resettlement area is located in the North of Long Thanh airport, along Provincial Road 769 and adjacent to Loc An - Binh Son Industrial Park with an area of more than 282ha, is divided into 3 subdivisions with more than 5,000 resettlement lots, accommodating accommodation for 26,500 to 29,500 people, serving the relocation of cleared households of Long Thanh airport project. The resettlement plots here are divided according to different specific areas, with the adjacent houses each having an area of 125-250m2, adjacent garden houses each area of 250-300m2. Particularly in subdivision 3, there are more resettlement plots of 80m2 area for consideration for secondary households.
