The transfer station is operated with strict control, following a closed process from farm to table. The transfer station owns a separate slaughter area, which is disinfected regularly; equipped with Oxy Fresh packaging technology to help optimize the nutrition and freshness of meat products. The process of transporting pork with a total of 12 specialized refrigerated trucks with temperature monitoring equipment throughout the journey to ensure that meat products are transported in conditions below 4 degrees Celsius. Besides, the finished meat is Fully packaged in each unit with a traceability stamp (QR code) to the farmer/farm.
