​On the morning of March 16, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Dao Van Phuoc chaired the meeting of the first quarter mass mobilization work.​

At the conference, the opinions were that the issue people were most concerned about today was still the low price of land compensation for the implementation of works and projects compared to the actual land price; the compensation and resettlement in some projects were still slow. Some households have received compensation and resettlement but have not yet moved to hand over the ground for the construction of roads connecting the Long Thanh airport project.

In addition, the price of agricultural materials increased, but the selling price of agricultural products and livestock decreased deeply, affecting production and income of people. Currently, there were five enterprises in Industrial Zones in Bien Hoa City temporarily suspending operations and one enterprise was building a plan to close the factory due to no production orders.

Concluding the conference, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Dao Van Phuoc stated that the results achieved by the Provincial Party Committee in the first quarter have made a very important contribution to the mass mobilization work. In order to continue to perform well the mass mobilization work in the coming time, each agency, unit and locality would study to advise the Party Committee to effectively handle outstanding and limited issues. The whole political system continued to pay attention to improving the efficiency of mass mobilization, thereby strengthening the people's confidence in the leadership and management of the Party committees and local authorities.

He also suggested that agencies, units and localities continued to grasp and forecast the situation. All projects must be informed and propagated to the people when deployed in the area; to grasp the people's situation to advise the Party Committee and government to handle well the issues of concern to the people.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have improved the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism on issues related to the people's legitimate rights and interests. Mobilize social resources to do good social security work. Currently, many workers have reduced working hours, incomes, and even no jobs because businesses lack or no longer have production orders, so branches and localities promptly have policies to support workers to reduce difficulties in their lives.

Strengthen the government's mass mobilization work, implementing well the grassroots democracy regulations. In the coming time, the Steering Committee for the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations of the province will inspect the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations in many places in the province. Strengthen dialogues between the heads of Party Committees and authorities and the people to solve pressing problems and create consensus among the people.
