The starting point of the project is at provincial road 25B (Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai); the end point is the intersection with the highway HCMC - Long Thanh - Dau Giay (Thu Duc City, HCMC). Phase 1 of the project is designed with a scale of 6 lanes, the designed speed is 80 km/h. The project has a total investment of more than VND 6.9 trillion, using loans from the Korea Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) and domestic counterpart funds.
