On November 30th, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam (VCCI) in cooperation with the Department of Customs, the Department of Dong Nai taxation and the Import and Export Association to hold a conference to popularize new regulations of customs and taxation, C/O (Certificate of Origin) for enterprises.
In the conference, the Department of Customs popularized innovation in observing and checking customs’ procedures, as well as introduce new information on limiting the time of tax payment, late payment, extra fines; tax payment extension, tax debt relief, time limit for paying tax for exporting goods. The Department also spread new policies on business income tax, private income tax, contractor tax, value added tax….VCCI introduces some preferential tax policies for exporting markets such as Japan, Norway, Sweden, especially universal tax in EU.
