Closing the 9th session, the provincial council of people Term VIII: Adopting 15 significant Resolutions

​After 3 days working in tension and serious manner, on December 6th, the 9th session, the provincial council of people Term VIII ended. On the closing day, the chairman of the provincial people’s committee Mr. Dinh Quoc Thai delivered a speech explaining contents that delegates concerned and proposing 7 solutions for implementing the targeted purposes and tasks in 2014.

Speaking at the end of the session, the chairman of the provincial council of people Mr. Tran Van Tu stressed that 2014 is the 4th year implementing the Resolution of Committee of Provincial Party IX and the 5th socio-economic development plan of 2011-2015. Under limited time and high volume of tasks must be done, the mission of 2014 needs the sense of initiative and enthusiasm since the early of the year. Remarkably, the session adopted main targets of 2014, in which some economical indicators are lower than the achievements of 2013. This is the straightforward manner in assessing and acknowledging real capacity  as well as difficulties and challenges so that the entire political system essentially needs to be in high initiative and decisive mood to perform the mission.

The delegates of the provincial council of people adapted 15 significant Resolutions related to socio-economic status, national defense and security as well as issues concerned by the people such as: adjusting hospital cost, the proposal of school-milk program, etc.

On this occasion, the provincial council of people awarded merit lists to 9 groups, 27 individuals who obtain distinguish achievements of provincial activities in 2013.
