Tin Nghia Company reached total revenues of 1,950 billion VND in 2006

In 2006, Tin Nghia Company made breakthroughs in business, production and enhanced human resources training. The company’s 2006 total revenues reached 1,950 billion VND, exceeding 34.5% of its planned target.   

 

The company gained an export turnover of nearly US$52 million in 2006, up 75.9% from 2005 and surpassing 62.4% of its year plan, with profit reaching 101.4%. Tin Nghia Company had carried out its obligations in paying to the government budget an amount of over 42 billion VND which exceeded 68.6% of its plan. The company’s main products went well according to its year plan and had a faster growth than that of the same period of last year. Especially, its 2006 export turnover peaked within the last ten years, ranking 4th among the top ten coffee export companies in Vietnam. The company had been awarded the prize of Prestigious Export Enterprise for three consecutive years, from 2004 to 2006 by the Ministry of Trade.  It also achieved high performance and stability in investing and doing business in the infrastructure for industrial zones, which made the company more prestigious and a strong impact on both  domestic and foreign investors.

Besides, Tin Nghia Company attached special importance to training and fostering the human resources by earmarking 3.2 billion VND for these activities. So far, there have been more than 400 participations of the company’s staff in refresher and training programs in order to improve their professional skills and foreign languages. 23 staff have been dispatched to study abroad.

In addition to activities to develop business, production and human resources, the company have conducted a lot of social affairs and community care such as contributing to the funds for paying the debt of gratitude, for hunger eradication and poverty alleviation, and for sponsoring children; visiting and giving gifts to parents of martyrs; building houses of affection and houses of love; and presenting gifts for the poor with a total amount of approximately 800 million VND.

In 2007, Tin Nghia Company will strive for reaching  revenues of 2,000 billion VND and export turnovers of US$53 million.
