Reinforce prevention of forest fire in the sunny season

According to consideration of Central Hydro-meteorological Center, in sunny season of 2006-2007, Elnino Phenomenon will occur on the area of whole country; degree will be at high level and total rainfall also will be lower than average last years. Therefore, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee requests Standing Provincial Steering Board of forest fire prevention and fighting assigns specifically every member, who is in Steering Board, being responsible for the area to reinforce checking, guide forest fire prevention and fighting; direct and manage cooperation inter-branches in the area. Branch of Forest Management have to check frequently, supervise and speed up implementation of forest fire prevention and fighting of owners, Central Forestry Units in province; deal timely; insure expenses of forest fire prevention and fighting according to local plan. Forestry owners follow frequently climate change to announce timely danger of forest fire, supply blocking fire fence; clean inflammable material; set force to patrol and watch 24/24; recognize and timely deal to forest fire; rightly do motto “4 on the spot”; speed up propagandizing; mobilize people in attention to forest fire prevention and fighting.

In addition to propagandas for enhancement people’s awareness, Provincial People’s Committee requests involving branches, people’s committee of district, commune and plantations for positively and actively deploying tasks of forest fire prevention and fighting with a motto of without forest fire in managed area.
