Dong Nai to build a solid waste treatment plant

Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Ao Van Thinh on Tuesday, March 7th, had a working session with Tsukishima Company to speed up the mapping out of a local solid waste treatment project.

ctyTsukishimaThe Tsukishima and Kanermats Company are consulting members of the Japan New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO). At the moment, NEDO is designing a modern solid waste treatment project in Dong Nai province. Accordingly, a power plant with an annual production capacity of 2 megawatts will be built to use 100 tons of waste per day. The project is conducted at a maximum cost of one and a half billion Yen.

Addressing at the working session, Mr. Vice Chairman suggested that NEDO should unveiled their technology applied to recycling solid waste so that Dong Nai authorities would provide them with necessary data.

By the end of this week, NEDO’s experts will investigate with firms and enterprises in this field to get needed information on solid waste of Dong Nai province.
