Quality of membership is also given attention beside the quantity. |
Besides developing new membership, improving membership’s quality was also paid close attention. The program “training youth union’s membership” has been carried out with 5 criteria in how well members teach themselves and 10 criteria in how well members perform. Up to now, 100 percent of youth unions have put this program into practice and more than 90 percent of the members have applied for the participation.
