Kon Tum delegates visits Dong Nai province.

At the working session, representatives from provincial departments and agencies had informed Kon Tum delegates about typical achievements Dong Nai have made recently such as the experience on establishing basic-level cultural institution and updated the information about Kon Tum labors in Dong Nai province.

The delegation was interested in the project to organize and operate sport and culture center reported by Dong Nai Department of Culture and Information. According to this project, the key factors to the successes of this project is that the state management on culture and information and role of culture and information sector should be enhanced; to construct and develop basic-level cultural center and to bridge the gap on enjoying culture of people in different localities in the country.

The two provinces’ authorities paid much time to discuss on the Kon Tum labor in Dong Nai province. Representative of Dong Nai Department of Labor, Invalid and Society unveiled that enterprises in Dong Nai were short of 200 thousand employees and there were just 200 laborers who currently worked in Dong Nai province. Kon Tum is expected to be a source of human resource for Dong Nai province.

Since 1999, Dong Nai has funded about 6 million VND to many projects to speed up the socioeconomic development in remote areas of Kon Tum province so as to improve the lives of ethnic peoples.
