Traffic accidents are mainly due to subjective reasons relating to drivers such as driving too fast, exceeding the speed limit, driving the wrong ways, drivers’ carelessness and drunk driving, etc. Also in October, the province’s traffic conductors fined over 32,000 cases of traffic violence, seizing over 1,100 vehicles and collecting more than VND8.6 billion.

As such, compared to the same period last year, the traffic accidents saw fall in number, deaths and injuries. In fact, the traffic situation has become more complex with a lot of potential risks.
