2 companies in Amata Industrial Park to be examined occupational safety and fire prevention

On March 21, following the People Committee’s Plan for “the National Week on OSH-PFE”, the inspectorate led by Department of Construction in collaboration with Department of Labour – War Invalids and Social Welfares, Firefighting Police Division and DIZA examined the implementation of occupational safety, occupational health and fire prevention at Emerald Blue Vietnam Ltd. and Chang Dae Vina in Amata Industrial Park.

The results show that these companies used various methods to improve working conditions and ensure occupational safety for their employees but they could not provide enough evidence for annual labour protection plan, safety measures during the construction and so on. Therefore, The inspectorate requested them to overcome these shortcomings soon and report about the results to the Provincial Steering Committee in written before April.
