A contestant is telling a story

The contest is a useful playground for the children during the summer holidays to help them do an exchange with each other, get experience, acquire new knowledge and foster solidarity. Attending the contest, each team will display their talents by telling stories, reciting poems and showing their understanding of the Party, Youth Unions, Young Pioneer Organizations and the biography of President Ho Chi Minh through three parts of the contest: story telling, poem reciting and general knowledge quiz.

Prizes are awarded to participant teams

As a result, Tan Phu won the first team prize and Long Khanh took the first amateur’s prize. In terms of storytelling, the first prize went to Pham Thi Bich Thuy (in Long Khanh) with the story “Pupils”. In terms of poem reciting, Tran Thi Thu Huyen (in Xuan Loc) got the first prize with the poem “Homeland”.

According to the organization board’s judgment, most contestants complied with the requirements for art and performance styles, especially illustrative storytelling and poem reciting. The quality of the contest was improved in both art and style. It proved that all teams made a good investment.
