At the 20th anniversary celebration ceremony on May 23, under the witness of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial People's Committee, Tin Nghia Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company (TIP) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with PetroVietnam Phuoc An Port Investment & Operation Joint Stock Company. Thereby, the two sides together create a complete closed circle from investing for construction, infrastructure of Industrial Zone - Logistics - Seaport.
After 20 years of operation, from a dependent accounting unit which is Tam Phuoc Industrial Park Development and Service Enterprise, TIP has become a listed enterprise on the stock exchange of Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HoSE). TIP has 6 subsidiaries, affiliated companies and contributed capital with a total asset value of nearly VND2 trillion.

The industry the company is focusing on developing is building infrastructure for industrial parks and residential areas. In which, the successful investment company projects are Tam Phuoc Industrial Park (Bien Hoa City) which has been filled since 2007; Tam Phuoc Residential and Resettlement Project; Tam Phuoc Market project. In addition, the company also conducts business in leasing kiosks, commercial offices, market business, waste collection, environmental consulting, and construction activities. At the same time, TIP also cooperates with other companies to implement the Dau Giay Wholesale Market Project with a total investment of nearly VND2.6 trillion; Long Khanh Industrial Zone Project, total investment of VND621 billion; Nui Duong Dai Residential Area Project with a total investment of nearly VND5.4 thousand billion.
