The price index saw significant increases in several sectors, including food and dining services, housing, electricity, water, fuels, building materials, and cultural, entertainment, and tourism services. Notably, the cultural, entertainment, and tourism sector recorded the highest price increase for the month, rising by 0.87%.

The rise in entertainment and tourism activities at the end of the year is attributed to increased prices for airline tickets, tour packages, event organization costs, and the maintenance of amusement parks and recreational services. Additionally, during peak seasons at year-end, prices tend to rise due to higher demand compared to supply.
