A training session for enterprises in Bien Hoa City.

Over 1,000 participants, including representatives of employers, human resources staff, labor, payroll, social insurance personnel, and representatives from grassroots trade union committees from approximately 500 enterprises, attended the sessions.

Through the training, attendees gained insights into the new regulations of the Social Insurance Law and related labor policies. During the conference, participants raised over 30 questions regarding challenges and obstacles faced when implementing labor law provisions and the Social Insurance Law within their enterprises. Key issues included: procedures for granting work permits to foreign workers, postpartum recovery insurance for women, occupational accident benefits, and methods for calculating regional minimum wages.

Representatives from the Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, as well as the Provincial Social Insurance Office, provided detailed responses to these inquiries. This initiative aims to promote business production, stabilize social order, and implement fundamental international labor standards, thereby contributing to stable labor relations, minimizing legal risks, reducing labor disputes, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.
