Listening to Reports on Salary and Bonuses for Tet from Grassroots Trade Unions in Enterprises

​(News Portal – Dong Nai) - The Long Khanh City Labor Confederation held a quarterly meeting for the fourth quarter of 2024, attended by 77 grassroots trade unions from the enterprise sector.

During the meeting, 12 representatives from grassroots trade unions discussed various topics related to union activities, the living conditions and employment status of workers, and proposed solutions to enhance the quality of union operations. The units shared information regarding Tet preparations, labor relations in the final months of the year, anticipated salary and bonuses for Tet, and end-of-year orders as well as projections for 2025.

At the conference, the Long Khanh City Labor Confederation compiled and addressed the concerns raised by the grassroots trade unions. They also urged the units to pay attention to the material and spiritual well-being of workers during the Tet Nguyen Dan 2025 holiday. Notably, they emphasized the importance of understanding the sentiments and employment conditions of union members and workers to implement timely support measures. ​​
