Publicizing the results of planning provincial staff

At the conference, Mr. Pham Van Ru, head of the Organization Department of Provincial Party Committee, announced the list of 141 comrades of the provincial leaders were approved by the Central Organizing Committee, planning for the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party 2015-2020 term; a list of 43 was planning for the Provincial Standing Committee 2015-2020 tenure and title Provincial officials subject to central management, including: Secretary, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council Chairman provincial and Chairman of the 2015-2020 term.

Addressing the conference, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Tran Dinh Thanh, said that officials were planning to the list of Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Standing Committee and the key leadership positions of provincial tenure 2015-2020 is the pride, honor, and is also the responsibility of the staff to continue planning efforts; This list was to prepare of human resources for the next term, but not the final list. Every year, the Provincial Standing Committee will review and put out a list of unqualified, not training staff, and listed new factors.

Provincial Party Committee Secretary stressed that the committee had frequent communication about the position and role of personnel management, team building and vision center staff, complete assigned tasks, associated construction and construction workers to build the Party Central Committee Resolution 4 (Session XI). The committee firmly dismissing recession officials, not completing assigned tasks, not prestige with the people and enhance training, rotation and management staff, to promote the role of the supervisory people subject to planning officers.
