On June the 5th , the Provincial Party Committee held a conference to deploy and fully grasp the plan of central execitive of Party Committee and the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee's Resolution on the implementation of the 4th Conference Central Executive Committee Party (Term XI) "A number of pressing issues in the organization of Party." The conference was deployed online, from the hall of Provincial Public Security to 11 venues at the Public Security halls of districts, towns and cities in the province. At the venue of the provincial Public Security hall, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh, Commissioner of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee presided over the meeting.
Mr. Huynh Van Toi, Commissioner of provincial standing committee, chief of the Provincial Party Committee Propaganda presented Plan 69 of the Provincial Party Committee on the implementation of Central Resolution 4 to the attendants. Accordingly, the plan consists of five parts: an overall assessment of the formulation of the Provincial Party for two previous terms (2001-2011), the achievements, constraints and weakness; the purposes, requirements and objectives of the implementation of Central Resolution 4 in the province, content and implementation solutions; the duties and implementation tasks of provincial committees. Mr. Tran Minh Thau, Commissioner of provincial standing committee , Head of the Provincial Party Committee Organization also approved the Guidelines for review, self-criticism and criticism pursuant to the Plan of Provincial Party Committee to implement Central Resolution 4; Mr. Bui Ngoc Thanh, Commissioner of provincial standing committee, chief of Provincial Civic Committee provided guidelines on study for union members, members, patriotic personalities, intellectuals, religious dignitaries, businessmen, and guided union members, members, classes of people commenting on Party organizing, review, self-criticism and criticism of committees, Party organizations, cadres and party members . The conference also approved Guidelines on the inspection and supervision; ideological work, propagation of the Provincial Party Committee implementing Central Resolution 4 of the Propaganda Department of Provincial Party Committee and the Inspection Department of Provincial Party Committee.

After the presentations, the conference conducted the discussion on the contents noted to fully grasp them. Accordingly, it was believed that, in order to implement Central Resolution 4 effectively, it is necessary to conduct review, self-criticism and criticism in the committees, Party organizations, leaders of authorities and units, and each officer and Party member, which are the basis for current status to be precisely evaluated, especially the limitations and shortcomings in the work of Party organizing recently to make a specific and practical plan, find out workable solutions to solve current pressing problems to enhance people's trust.
