On March 12, Bien Hoa City People's Council held the 9th meeting (extraordinary meeting) to consider dismiss and vote some additional titles, positions Bien Hoa City People's Council and People's Committee Session X (term 2011 -2016).
At the meeting, participants reviewed dismissing Permanent Member of Bien Hoa City People's Council and elect new Vice-Chairman of Bien Hoa City Council for Mr. Lam Tan Khai. Mr. Tran Minh Tan was elected to the additional position Permanent Member of Bien Hoa City Council. Mr. Nguyen Tan Hieu was elected to the position of Secretary of Meeting of Bien Hoa city Council. Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh was dismissed as Vice-Chairman of the People's Council Bien Hoa City by transfer to work at Bien Hoa Fatherland Front Committee. The two: Mr. Ho Van Loc, former Chief of Office of People's Council, People's Committee of Bien Hoa and Mr. To Thanh Liem former Chiefs of the Military Commander of Bien Hoa City are also dismissed as Bien Hoa People's Committee members because of receiving different tasks.
The delegates agreed to elect Mr Trinh Tuan Liem, Acting Chairman of Bien Hoa city, served as Chairman of Bien Hoa. Mr. Nguyen Cong Binh, Bien Hoa Chief Inspector served as Bien Hoa People's Committee Members
