The 9th session, the provincial people’s committee term VIII: Searching for solution of development

​On December 4th at the hall of the provincial people’s committee, the 9th session took place. Comrades Tran Dinh Thanh, the member of the central Party, the party provincial secretary; Dinh Quoc Thai, the party provincial deputy secretary, the chairman of the provincial people’s committee; Tran Van Tu, the member of central consultancy, the chairman of provincial people’s committee; Vy Van Vu, the member of central consultancy, the chairman of the provincial Fatherland Front committee.

Speaking in the session, the chairman of the provincial people’s committee Mr. Tran Van Tu said that this  was a significant session in the end of the year, the delegates concentrated on discussion to identifying existing causes, weaknesses, then by dint of which figuring out specific solutions for the 2014 socio-economic development plan of the province, create favorable condition for the development of the following years, contributing to the success of the Resolution of the Party Congress IX.

Speaking in the conference, the provincial secretary emphasized that to successfully obtain the targets of 2014, the provincial authorities and sectors needed to focus on speeding up the overall activities, actively resolving difficulties. The key concentration was to uniformly and effectively conduct tasks and solutions which were identified in preliminary conference at the midterm period of the Resolution of the last Party Congress IX.

Delegates


In the first working day, delegates of the provincial people’s committee listened to reports, statements, and programs of the provincial people’ committee on the status of performance and targeted socio-economic development, national defense and security in 2013, as well as direction, task and target for the socio-economic development of 2014. 

Today, December 5th the delegates were grouped for discussion to figure out solutions to successfully achieve the purpose and mission of 2014.
