On the morning of June 18th, Bureau of administrative procedure control – Government office coordinated with People’s Committee of Dong Nai province to hold the Conference on training and instructing the profession of administrative procedure control for key leaders of the province including Departments, Sectors and People’s Committee of 11 districts and towns in the province.
According to the Bureau, in order to maintain and promote the results of administrative procedure reform in the framework of Scheme 30, the Government established a system of administrative procedure control authorities from Central to local levels with the duty of ensuring and developing the quality of the system of regulations on administrative procedure. This is one of the major duties determined in the Resolution of the 11th National Party Congress.
The purpose of the Conference is to agree on how to comprehend and implement the duty of administrative procedure control; offer necessary skills in the profession of administrative procedure control; improve the quality of regulations on administrative procedure, enhance administrative disciplines in serving citizens, make sure that administrative procedure control is seriously implemented and put into order, positively support the economic – social improvement of Dong Nai province. The conference also introduced the procedure of receiving and handling comments and proposals of individuals and organizations on administrative regulations.
Besides, the delegates also spent time on discussing some issues related to administrative procedure control so that trainees are able to apply and help their units to fulfill their assign duties, continue to promote the result of scheme 30 directed by the Government.
