Regulations on organization and operation of Management Board of Industrial zones in Dong Nai province

​Accordingly, Management Board of Dong Nai industrial zones is an agency directly under Dong Nai People's Committee, is set up pursuant to a decision of Prime Minister, directly performs the function of State administration for industrial zones within the province in accordance with relevant laws. Management Board of Dong Nai industrial zones shall be under the control and management of the Provincial People’s Committee with respect to its organization, personnel, working programs and operational funding;  shall be directed, guided and inspected on professional issues by ministries and agencies in charge of relevant lines of industry and sectors.

The decision prescribes general and specific duties of Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Zones.

In terms of organizational structure of the apparatus and working mode, it is clearly regulated that Management Board of Dong Nai industrial zones includes the Director and Deputy Directors; and assisting agencies which consist of specialized division, representative of the Management Board of the localities, non-business administrative units such as Center for Investment Advisory and Services for Industrial Zones, Centre for Skilled Labor Training and Supply. The decision also prescribes the personnel, funds for operation and working mode of Management Board of Dong Nai industrial zones.

In addion, the decision regulates the working relations between Management Board of Dong Nai industrial zones and ministries, central-level agencies; People's Committee of Dong Nai province; its relation with related departments, branches and agencies of the province, with the People's Committees of districts, Long Khanh town, Bien Hoa city; relation with industrial zone infrastructure investment and development companies; relation with businesses in the industrial zones; relation with working missions in their working visits to enterprises of the industrial zone, export processing enterprises. 

This Decision takes effect 10 days after its date of signing and replaces Decision no. 50/2008/QD-UBND dated September 05, 2008 of Dong Nai People's Committee promulgating regulations on the organization and operation of  Management Board of Dong Nai Industrial Zones.
